what is this?

Spawned from a series of unfortunate events and a year-long journey that irrevocably changed our life, clem’s diary is an ongoing collection of personal essays devoted to documenting mental health recovery, appreciating every “small” moment, and making a continuous, concentrated effort to keep the spark of hope alive.

who are you, again?

Some of you may know us from our TikTok where we share educational skits, informative Q&As, and other videos to raise awareness about what it’s like to live with Dissociative Identity Disorder.
